The chain link is a very uniquely designed with a very sturdy lobstar claw type clasp. It was very easy for me to put it on and take it off myself. This is a very nice bracelet and I easily rate it a 5 out of 5.

I am wearing this anklet now. Not too big or small. Can very much see it on my wrist. This serpentine chain bracelet design lies flat against my skin. 7.5 inch is just the right size. Shines beautifully.
