What if my jewelry gets lost in the mail?
While we do take every precaution we can to ensure our customer receives the order safely. In some cases it is possible for the unexpected to happen. Your order is insured until signed for delivery, meaning you will be reimbursed if the item doesn’t arrive.
Is there in-store pickup for items purchased on JewelryAmerica.com?
No. We are an online jewelry store only.
Are there any items that can not be returned?
Engraved, personalized, name and initials, and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to ship all order as quickly as possible. While we cannot change or cancel the order once it has been shipped you are welcome to return the item to us using our Return Policy.
In your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it has been delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.

Will FedEx leave my package if nobody is there to sign?
Signature is required upon delivery of any package for your protection. FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package to Jewelry America.

Warranty doesn’t cover lost, stolen, or any other damage besides the normal wear & tear.
