This Miraculous pendant in the front is featuring a classical portrayal of the Mother of Jesus opening her holy arms hand engraved with, O MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE in English. On the back of the pendant there are 12 stars representing 12 Apostles. The two hearts represent the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart. Also the letter M represents Mary as the Cross on top of it representing Jesus' Cross of Redemption.
