Unfortunately, the first shipment was missing the necklace. I received the cross I ordered but not the necklace. I spoke to a very pleasant young man at Jewelry America who said he would send another necklace. That never arrived but it was not Jewelry America's fault. A lengthy process with the USPS has rendered their admission that the second package (containing the necklace) was misdelivered (their word). The mail carrier tried several times (unsuccessfully) to get it back. He knew where he had misdelivered it. He did not canvas the neighborhood, he went repeatedly to the same house I am told. The person who lives there denied having it. I am very sad. I make a modest salary. The necklace was only around $85 but I don't have money to waste. The cross I received with the first shipment is beautiful. I paid for the cross and necklace separately. See, it was a cross and a necklace that I stole from my cousin as a teenager. I am trying at 64 years old to make a long-overdue restitution. I pray I can find a way to get a necklace. Please delete this if it is not appropriate.
